  3. Sad that a Electric Toyota Corolla will cost as much a a fuel Toyota Lexus. They have a ways to go yet. BTW the the $7000 Batteries last about 7 years dieing slowly over that time. Good luck with resell , a engine last longer than 7 years and behaves the same as new.
