  6. D-Day did not matter. By June 1944 the Russian were on a unstoppable march to Berlin even if D-Day never happened. D-Day did help take some pressure off the Russians though.

  18. They bombed Japan because they were "AT WAR WITH JAPAN" period..  The American B-17 and B-24s killed more Civilians in German Cities during the war than on Japanese cities and Germany never bombed the US once.  Pearl Harbor was old news when Japan was being bombed in 1945.

There is a difference between a 100% dedicated camera vs a phone that so happens to have a built in camera. A $300 will camera will take better pictures than any Iphone-11. More people died of Conventional bombing in Japan  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategic_bombing_during_World_War_II#Conventional_bombing   the City of Toyama and Fukui were completely destroyed with conventional bombs and many more cities you have not even heard of. Japan was going to be levelled even by conventional bombing.
