The Spanish focused on south America up to Mexico . England focused on North America. France gave a half hearted attempt. England did beat them out of Northern North America buy shear numbers. France just plain sold the entire center of North America 827,000 square miles of land west of the Mississippi River for $15 million. France and Russia (Alaska) should stay out of the real estate business with America.

  4. @megafaune75 It goes both ways. I'm from Canada and people from French Quebec can not even understand Paris French. Even Ontario French is different from Quebec French.
