I was born in Canada and live in Canada and this guy is spot on. The Political correctness is really a new thing that has not fully caught on with many though. If some parent swats their whining kid in public I'm ok with it. The taxes are insane and way to many laws for everything you do. Just to drive a car we treat it in Ontario like your getting a pilot's license.

Your plan relies on reliable tenants. I have been a landlord for one of my houses for 15 years. With our tenant landlord laws you can not evict a non-paying person for 3 months by the time it goes through the courts, even first and last only covers one month. It has happened a few times over the years to me , just have a back up plan for that.

My dad works a engineer for CP RAIL , This guy is works 24 /7 if he makes 200,000 a year. My Dad drives the Train (Top paying job) this guy is a yard man if he is home every night just by looking at his work gear. 200K a years ? LOL

Only in Canada will they allow that much debt. A Girl I know who works at Tim Hortons just was approved for a $50,000 Ford F-150 pick up truck, like that should not happen. Igor you went in to hard and fast.

With a paid off car driving in Canada is not cheap. Maintenance,Fuel , Plate renewal and Insurance a car without a payment is $2500 aleast to run a year.
6
Canadian tenant laws favor the renter . He would have not paid ant took months to evict.

You have snow already. It is +20 C and Sunny ,I'm in Sault Ste, Marie Northern Ontario Canada. We get snow like that in mid November.
6
I spit up my coffee when he said he made money on a car. LOL

You should get a credit rating for the credit bureau. I think like you,. but get a credit card buy everything thing with it and just pay it off within a month to avoid any credit card interest fees. While doing this you are creating a credit rating. Beside you do need a credit card anyways for getting a hotel room or renting a car or shopping online. I took out a car loan for a new car that I already saved up for. The day after I bought it I just took my saving for that car and paid off the entire loan. I boosted my credit score that day. In the far future you will want to buy a home and a good credit rating will be your best friend.

According to his math if your bills are $3000 a month but you make $3500 a month life is great. I do not know how he sleeps.

Alberta is a one trick pony. It goes with the price of oil.
4
Justin Trudeau hates Alberta and the Oil business. I'm glad he has a minority government now and can not have it his own way anymore.
4
@leanzadoodles5354 If you pay your card balance off with in the month there is no created card interest fee. But you are making a credit history. I never use interac (Bank Card) I just use the credit card and at the end of the month pay it in full. If you say can only for some reason pay 90% of the balance the interest fee only applies to the unpaid 10% . Thankfully.

@BLdude25 To be fair. No Canadian Government controls world oil prices. Alberta Tar Sand Oil is the most expensive to extract and always the first to fall. It need $60 a barrel to break even well most others need $30 per barrel.
3
Kevin Longan True. Illegal immigrants can jump in front of the line with a hotel room ready for them.
3
You had me worried , I though Trudeau was letting non-canadians vote.
3
I dive a 2017 SUV with full coverage and pay $100 a month, If your paying $200 you need to shop around. My Shaw internet is $85 a month 30 MBPS with unlimited data.
3
RedWave 2019 How would unemployed immigrants pay taxes? Would it not backfire, more on welfare.
3
Its for Canadians who lose work over the quarantine . Not for foreigners staying in Canada .

2 months thing can get better for sure. They sure can not get worst. Can no close Canada forever. Good luck.

I,m 42 years old and have visited my free health care doctor twice in my life and I have a family doctor. 99.9% of immigrants are under 30 years old not 70 years olds needing a hip replacement. With the taxes in Canada it is sure is not FREE!

@EmceeBernardinhoTV The Liberals are in power right now and made the program but the polls do not look good for them to stay in power.
2
High interest rates ? Mortgage rates have been under 3% for 15 years now.
2
Laid off part time minimum wage workers will make more money not working than working. You just have to love Canada.
2
On the next W5. "Paying for forged job offers papers".
2
That goes on on in every 1st world country on the planet earth. Welcome to the land of electricity and indoor plumbing with running water. They drive without car insurance in India ,who pays for the car if you crash? House insurance too, what if your house burns down you pay a 30 year mortgage on a empty lot? The separate car ,motorbike license is called a government money grab.
2
You fell into the "car first trap" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtJXl6pk0Z4 cars are a lose lose lose situation until your established with the important things first like paying off loads or saving up on a home down payment.
2
Not sure way people associate high population with a great economy. If you look at GDP per capita http://statisticstimes.com/economy/countries-by-gdp-capita.php high populous countries are not on top of the rankings for standard of living. Example , China is ranked #73 and Switzerland is #2.
2
Who goes to Calgary in the winter?
2
@noahriding5780 Very heavy hidden taxes in Gas and alcohol. Now we have a carbon tax which effects heating your home. In Ontario we have a 13% tax (PST GST)on most everything you buy except for food. The only people who can take your property is the people who lent you the money like banks or loan companies if you do not pay on time. Government doesn't get involved. Nobody can take money out of you bank account unless you authorize it.
2
Good news from the Premier of Ontario, You can not be evicted if you do not pays your rent. Good time to be a renter bad time to be a landlord.
2
If you live as a couple together for a certain amount time under the law in Canada you have the same rights as a married couple . It's called living in "Common Law" if you split up you go through the same as a married couple in a divorce and pay support.
2
This guy makes so many videos that it,s his main income now. Two houses and cars this guy is sweating I think.
2
Will the program be cancelled by the new government of Canada on Oct 21?
2
I,m 42 years old and have visited my free health care doctor twice in my life and I have a family doctor. 99.9% of immigrants are under 30 years old not 70 years olds needing a hip replacement. With the taxes in Canada is sure is not FREE!

I live in one of the cities on the list (Sault Ste. Marie Ontario) population 80,000 cheap rent and housing , City buses run like every city Bus on the half hour.
2
Unless you have kids and they live in your financed house. But your right the dead person is off the hook.

Why would a young person need to see a doctor?
2

I'm 4th generation Canadian and I bet I would fail the test.
1
LOL What is a warrant?
1
@saxywale2 True Aberta thought $100 a barrel oil was here to stay.
1
I live in Canada on the border with Michigan State. Even with the Canadian dollar 30 cents less than the USA dollar it is still cheaper to shop in Canada. I was great form 2010- 2013 when the Canadian Dollar and US Dollar were worth the same. Now that was the good time.
1
@amyseaden9069 Carbon tax hike will pay for it all.
1
@Alexis-co3qd I'm Canadian and cross to the US 3 times a month for the last 15 years and never get out of the car.
