  13. I don't think the planet cares about PER CAPITA. China puts out more C02 than North America and Europe combined. They are highest builders of new coal power plants . China has more cars than the US has people. China makes as much C02 as 14 Germany's.

  15. DW is German based news service they sure will cover things better the war is in their backyard by not 5000 miles away with a ocean in between. DW does not mention Germany buys 400 million dollars of gas from Russia everyday still. Europe left a remaining Russian bank in switzerland with a "Swift" doorway remain open for this and does 1 billion dollars a day business with Putin right now.

Just because there is a trick to put 100 people on a 50 seat bus , does not make it a great plan. look at country with the best standards of living and cleanest environments , none have high populations for their land mass. If The USA had 1.5 billion people like India instead of 330 million people , it would be a polluted mess , not better in anyway.

  47. The problem is not energy cost it labour cost . My friend in Canada works at a steel plant in Canada and makes $35 an hour with great benefits. . A Chinese steel worker makes $5 an hour without benefits .
