Repressing the people who knew nothing of the outside world and born into the USSR is different than Younger Russians use to world travel ,shopping and communication for 30 years and having it all removed.

  20. I was in Cuba this winter and ment some Russia tourist . The stores and staff would not touch Russian money , US , Euro and Canadian money only . And Cuba likes Russia and hates the US . Cuba does not even take their own money anymore .
