  18. People do not know Russia never was a wealthy country. Before the war Russia only had a GDP just above Spain. Of course Russia's military budget scams will show up in a actually war. You just can't have a superpower military without huge economies like China, EU and USA have. Canada has a larger GDP than Russia and knows funding a large military is a insane idea.
