  1. Germany Military may have been neglected but Germany's only threat Russia proved it is in the same boat. If Russia is struggling with right next door poor Ukraine they sure will have a problem with farther away richer Germany.

  6. Germany was not that behind. If you look it up Germany's Military budget has been 50 Billion a year vs Russia's 65 Billion. The EU added together is a 160 Billion military budget. The Ukrain's Budget is 5 billion and they held off the Russias for 3 weeks before getting any assistance from the west.
