  4. Govern what ? Afghanistan is like a time machine ride to 700 AD. 50% of the population has to wear a headdress in public and can't go to school . Don't expect them to join the world of electricity and indoor plumbing anytime soon .

  6.  @cyberverse9141  I do not remember North America at war before ww2. Even during WW2 not one civilian living in North America was killed or unemployed during the entire war.

  7. Also more people in Switzerland finished High School , and the other 50% of their population is allowed to go to school. Education = Stability Religion = A backwards mess .

  12. Like many Muslim countries Religion comes before Educations . You can have all the resources you want but without engineers to build mining operations you have to rely on the outside world to do the job . You can't deny 50% of you population of education and expect to join the 1st world .
