  3.  @ytrew9717  There is corruption at different levels. Most African leaders make themselves the richest person in the country job #1. Look at Merkel the leader of Germany for 14 years who just left power. If she was a African leader mindset she would have left office being the wealthiest person in Europe ,with a broke Germany in her wake.
