  8. Europe's only choice is more Nuclear Power plants or go back to coal. Natural Gas can not be shipped cheaply in large amounts like oil. It has to be pipelined. North America has lots of Natural gas put your never going to see a pipeline from North America to Europe. China has lots of cheap coal ,they will use that before paying more for Russian gas.
