  1. I was born in Canada and live in Canada and this guy is spot on. The Political correctness is really a new thing that has not fully caught on with many though. If some parent swats their whining kid in public I'm ok with it. The taxes are insane and way to many laws for everything you do.   2. Your plan relies on reliable tenants. I have been a landlord for one of my houses for 15 years. With our tenant landlord laws you can not evict a non-paying person for 3 months by the time it goes through the courts, even first and last only covers one month. It has happened a few times over the years to me , just have a back up plan for that.

The balance should be be paid off every month for no interest fees. A card is not like a low interest car loan or mortgage. The unpaid balance of a credit card is at least 23% not 3% like a longer term loan.
