While I get the hysteria that you are pushing due to the rise of this whole #MeToo thing, feminism and false rape allegation, you speak to broadly when such cases are vastly more complicated than that. Someone touching someone in the ass is obviously not rape but its definitely to hell not a compliment either, its plain rude and can be considered sexual harassment depending on the seriousness of the act. I get your police thing except some victims would be psychologically withdrawn via if they were raped while in a domestically abusive relationship or if the perpetrator had a large influence in society, it is a hell of a lot more complex than simply 'go to the police'. These feminists do indeed push these kind of things to maximise the victimisation of women to fulfil their misandrist egos but we can tell those sexist bigots to shut the fuck up while still understanding and helping actual sexual harassment and rape victims, ignoring such issues would only fuel the misandrism and further the divide that men and women have right now, which is something not a decent human being whether male or female should want.
