  3. How much of his seen behavior is genuinely in the moment & how much is carefully released for political expedience? Both are bad but the latter is worse. What nation, with half a brain, publicly presents their leader as sick, disabled, weak & failing? It's not just distracting & dangerous, it's plain stoopid. And moot.
