  2. Yes, but Trump continuously saying "She's not answering the question!" can become empty background noise if moderators don't push her to coherently reply. And they won't. They'll just move on to the next question. On the + side, she's so badly not answering questions that much of the public no longer expects anything of substance from her. And her loyal lost-cause minions wouldn't recognize substance, anyway. Whatever Trump decides is cool. But being forced into more debates, because she blatantly uses cheating as a deterrent for him to rightfully not bother, is well worthy of having her a55 dragged off stage for cheating.
