  1. Yes - Minority Report mentality. You can't punish people for something they haven't done. Unless there's a history of repeat criminal acts. Then the law can take preventative measures, only, to help stop it from happening again. Like mandatory parole officer meetings. Ironically, look at how many repeat offenders are released back to the streets to harm again, usually via liberal-left judges. So listening to leftists kvetch about not allowing red flag laws is laughable. People must protect themselves against the repeat offenders they turn loose over & over again. Self-protection rights include liberal left citizens as well, btw. But if they don't want to use 2A protection, that's their business. Nobody's forcing them.
