  1. Whoever "they" are, you know that your money & their banking control matters to them. So, rather than mindlessly emptying your bank accounts & risk being labeled Trump "monsters", consider paying most of your major bills in advance. Especially if you're not earning much bank interest anyway. This way your most important bills are covered for the year (CYA) & our economy doesn't collapse so easily. Of course, you only want to do this if you can afford to do it - you must have cash on hand as well. Just a thought.

And this arrest threat may be some type of nasty snarky vindictive pay-back for that. Which could mean the city is deeper in the 🚽 than most realize. The ripple effect actually being a very nasty clogging flush.
