  1. Saw something similar once, angular, massively huge & dark, but there were no lights lit when it passed overhead. In fact, if I hadn't looked up to admire an especially beautiful night sky, I wouldn't have known it was there. It was silent & the edges of it shimmered like heatwaves over asphalt. Then Blip! It was gone. I stood there for a few minutes in awe but told myself that I was just tired & imagined it. But almost 20 years later, still think about it. (2006)

  2. Being a sincere, detailed & convincing storyteller is a huge part of fooling people. And I've learned that there are some wonderfully good "narrators" out there, unfortunately. So, try to think logically & ask yourself the right questions before blindly accepting someone's word. This applies to most things in life, but, weirdly, the crazier the story the more people want to believe it. IDK why. 🛸🦖🐾\😃/ 🤔
