Muzzling Trump, or anyone, is treating them like dangerous dogs. As someone said, approx, "Very Planet of the Apes - whatever you do - don't speak. Or the animals will cage you". (They aren't just trying to stop him from speaking & campaigning, they're trying to financially, mentally & physically break him.
