(This decision also forces people on govt hand-outs to go out & take available jobs to keep a roof over their heads & the Democrats abhor this.)

In summary ~ Not all landlords are slum lords, many take good care of their properties & tenant's needs. Most also hold mortgages on these properties & rely on their tenant's rent to pay them. But under CDC guidelines & lawmaker overreach, the landlord is the one who must go bankrupt & lose their home(s).... to wealthy lawmaker's friends! ----> 💰\😆/💰 A perfect circle of govt theft, corruption & abuse. Once again, Covid being the catalyst & excuse for govt abuse against our citizens. This disease has more power & control over America than nuclear bomb, meteor & communist Democrat takeover threats combined - politicians are rolling & laughing in piles of "stolen" citizen cash ~ wwwwhhhheeeeeeee! (Esp in NYC - Cuomo being the head greedtard.)

@NewCivilization Our state has the opposite problem, plenty of jobs & not enough applicants. I can't speak about how many are willingly collecting handouts here (or "aid" as you might say) because I'm not familiar enough with the system, but there are help wanted signs/jobs available everywhere, unfulfilled. (We also lost many small businesses. Strip malls are half empty & buildings vacant. I think we fared slightly better than other states because of our coastal vacation beaches. But come fall I sense our Democrat governor is going to attempt to drive us over the edge economically & mentally, again. We have both tremendous retirement age & black communities. And luckily still very pro-gun.)

Those who don't care if govt abuses them & blatantly steals their properties are the sleaze who relate to each other. It's the decent honest landlords who genuinely care about their tenants & properties that suffer. They are private owners of land & castles - competitors of "Kings." Many protecting the working serfs from harm behind their walls. We've seen this kind of feudalist property warfare before in history, esp in Ireland, England, Europe. Where a handful of landlords end up owning the majority of the country's land & controlling the population's basic housing needs with an iron hand. Looks like what's happening here, right under our noses.
