  2. Carter was a naive puppet of sorts but he wasn't malevolent, agree. Biden's made a lifetime career of being a deviously self-serving thief & bizarrely inept. His fatalistic comment "Use me!" was a clear invitation to party, to those who want to harm us. There are nuts who'll strap wired packages to their chests & do less damage than this guy.
