It's still the Jewish High Holiday season, I think? And maybe why Israel was caught off guard. Sadly & insanely, many people thrive on arguing & fighting. So much, it defines them as people few care to know. Like constantly violently quarreling neighbors who make everyone around them scared & miserable. Seems like war is both sides choice for attention, power & control over their neighbors. Money too - watch who pays them "aid" to stop.
