  1. Nuclear missiles/small warheads are expensive. If any ship recovery actions take place, especially covertly, I'd say some were on-board. (Putin is playing a very dangerous threat & propaganda game. If he's caught transporting/sacrificing nukes then he may believe the world will take him more seriously as a dominating leader & danger. And back down. As though decimating Ukraine & its people isn't enough, sadly. Also, don't underestimate this guy. Whether he's nuts, acting because he's in over his head or taking well calculated risks, he's a problem for everyone. The best we can hope for now is that he's permanently removed before an accident occurs.)
