Nearly every YT comment I leave stating how minimizing junk carbs, white starches & sugar, vs. eating more meat, poultry, green vegetables, eggs, butter, olive oil & simple dairy foods, which saved my health & life - is deleted. (But refer to this style of eating as the "Mediterranean Diet" & the comment stays. Interesting.)
