  1. And the oldie but goodie, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". (Not to be confused with people who genuinely try to help others. Sincerity is one of those things that is very difficult to replace with BS. Anyone who's ever been taken by a con artist will always eventually reluctantly admit that, yeah - I felt something was "off" about them but I didn't trust my instincts. They seemed like such a nice person... 😞)

Eden? 🤗🌱 (People sometimes seek outside counsel not because they don't have answers, but because they have answers & need assurance that they are solid solutions. Sounds weak but it takes a strong person to admit that they don't know everything. It's not a bad idea to gather other's experience based opinions re difficult matters because there are always a few, "Oh, I never considered that...🤔" moments that can save you from running head-on into serious trouble. esp when outcomes may negativity affect many people if you don't know what you're doing. And why seeking wise responsible advice when doubtful is not such a terrible thing.)
