Tricky situation for doctors, yes, but thought US presidents were under open disclosure rules? 🤔 A president with a fatal illness or brain tumor may be more likely to make mistakes that could put their country in danger. Then again, after the decades later JFK illness disclosures, rules go out the window.
(There really is no such thing as medical privacy, imo. If you visit a doctor & you're babbling incoherently, they'd probably admit you for possible stroke or mental health care. Then contact your family or guardian. But what if you don't want relatives to know you're sick? Many medical care centers will not treat you unless family or a guardian is first notified. After which, these relatives/guardians can disclose your health issues to anyone they like - neighbors, coworkers, friends, etc. 📞😟 📞😮! )
