Yes, you have to be pretty bad to make both FDR & Nixon look good. Unfortunately Biden's "decisions" being struck down has nothing to do with him. It's about the people surrounding & using him - what THEY want. They'll ensure that everything Biden expounds is approved. Unless the Republicans finally grow a set to save themselves & do something about it. But public expectations now are lower than their ⚫⚫s & future votes. So, good luck.
