  1. Might raised plots & large containers work? The walls will cast shadows throughout the day & having moveable planters will be helpful at times. Plus, seems a shame to tear up the terrace stone. But, so be it, whatever you like, of course. (Nice privacy though. And looks like Lariope plant, aka monkey grass. Very hearty & blooms small purple flowers late summer.)
