  5. Until the cops know exactly what substance killed these guys they can't do very much. When they do know, they can trace back who brought it to the house, via a home/property search, witness statements, tech forensics, etc. Albeit, by then, evidence may have been tossed by grieving angry family members & friends. In the end, this was probably a foolish accident. It's only getting attention because of the suburban setting. Just guessing here, but multiple overdose victim cases probably happen more often in urban/city low income areas & homeless camps. Or, occasionally, very high income areas - careless teens partying. We just don't hear about it very much.

  6. ​@derrickconnolly9164 It'd be odd, though, if you served dinner to your guests & they all died but you didn't. But I don't believe Willis deliberately harmed these guys. He went to bed not feeling well himself. Probably high as ⚪️⚪️s himself. Had he gone outside himself, he'd probably be gone too. Regardless, you're right - he allowed fatal drugs into his home & is, at least, partly responsible for what happened. Even if he says he didn't know his buddies had the stuff, sadly.

  7. Unfortunately, this sympathetic photo freebie will likely be something defense lawyers use to try to save this monster from a death sentence. That said, wish it had never been mentioned. Although the irony is horrifyingly sick. (*Meaning, understandably worthy of anger & discussion.) Blessings to both families for having to deal with this wreck of humanity & the trail of sadness he's left behind.

  11. It'd be nice to believe the govt is interested in saving lives but this sounds like just another upcoming govt enforced plan to track, monitor & control commerce & free trade. And invade public (truck drivers) privacy. Sadly. And they'll give the program a nice comforting name like the, "Roadway Travelers Safety Act", to avoid public questioning & push-back. While victim counts continue to climb. "Because of lack of manpower to manage the (fake) program".

  15. Trying to imagine my young dad, back in the 70s, getting together with friends to party on drugs & it's impossible. A few beers? Yes. But not experimental drug cocktails, if this guy's thoughts are found true. It's horribly tragic that young fathers & men would gamble away their lives this way. As well as their families well-being. Harsh, yes, but thoughtless foolish "boys" need to grow up & start acting like men before starting families.

  16. What changed? It was reported from the start that Willis said he went to bed about 2am. So, him either dozing on the couch, or awake at midnight watching TV, per this 5th witness, is not the issue. It's what happened after midnight &/or 2am, when Willis went to his bedroom to sleep that is the question. Toxicology results will likely answer much of it.

  17. Always thought 2 men were involved but why the public talk about the father, vs questioning &/or arresting him? Or charging the younger Klein, in part, for the murders? They've had him in custody for months now. All of this go-nowhere media discussion seems so pointless. My heart goes out to the girl's families, imagine they must be heartbroken with frustration & anger the longer this situation goes unresolved. (The sketch of the younger man looks nothing like Klein. There's still an important missing detail in this story. You can sense it.)

  18.  @Koshkamitsu  Yes, this is true too - Mr. Nice guy. Right. 😒 (I'm not saying his legal team will save his life over this, hopefully not. Only that, from a legal perspective, it may be used to say that he had some remorse for what he did. Whether this is false does not matter - it's all about appearances. The best thing for the girl's families to do, jmo, is stay quiet & steer clear of the press for the next 2 months. Anything they publicly say could be used by his defense team to fight their case. I know this sounds cold & cruel but it's the reality of the situation. And willing to bet the Delphi DA & prosecution are saying the same thing to Abby & Libby's families. And we all want him to face the sentence he deserves, as well, if proven guilty.
