  1. Whaaaat...? Yes, a healthy low sugar/low carb diet & exercise greatly eliminates &/or lowers excess weight & dangerous bio-stats. As long as you stick with it. If you don't, yes you will gain weight again & yes it will wreak havoc within your body. And this govt is doing everything they can to remove simple healthy foods from stores right now. Or make these foods so costly people can't afford to buy them. We see it & know who's driving it. 💰🤝💊🤝💰
