  1. Sounds like Target is short for creeps Targeting the unaware. During my last trip to Target, 7 years ago, a lurker followed me around the store trying to video record me with his phone. When I approached him to ask what the (blank!) he was doing, he ran out of the store. Found out later he was a perv using his phone to look up women's skirts. And that Target, especially, was attracting these weirdo types. So, this story does not surprise me at all.
