Mr. Tully is correct. The only favorable thing about this judge was she always looked good for Court TV. Her hairstylist should have been given a nice tip. This judge likely caused the jury to hand that imbecile Cruz a life sentence. She clearly had not decided to quit last year or else her boss would not have handed her a new death penalty case this year. Clearly, she’s going to write a book now or sign up to be a Fox News consultant. She has “fraud” and “profit” written all over her arrogant face.

Could it have been that the judge had made like 200 straight decisions on objections and motions against the public defenders, causing that one to lose her composure after the judge had been bashing their side for two months straight?
