0:39. “Imagine how much bad it could have been.” Good to hear broadcast journalism schools have stopped teaching grammar. SW Philly is a large area. Did they report a block or neighborhood where this happened or did I miss that? Not sure why a 13 year old is standing by the living room window at 1:00 am on a school night. I’m sure the 20 year old merely had been walking home innocently from buying blunts at the Chinese store and had no gang affiliation whatsoever to attract bullets into his own unlocked home.

@henryhorner3182 , I was asking about either the block number (ie 6100 block of…) or neighborhood (ie Kingsessing), not the actual numeric address of the house.

@eddiel2531 , I was hugged every school night at 9 pm. Not sure what relevance that has to this video. I was carjacked in West Philly last year. You don’t know the first thing about me, Eddie. I’m making my observations on a news video posting. Im not here randomly initiating nonsense with posters. Minors don’t have “rights” to do whatever they want. That’s why there’s so much lack of discipline in this city. Your belief in lack of discipline over minors along with your attitude generally is exactly what’s wrong with society
