  1. These owners don’t get it. These kids aren’t after the cash or the food. The kids are after the cars. I was a delivery driver for ten years. My Toyota was stolen during the Trump Administration. My Honda was stolen during the Biden administration. They carjacked me for the Honda. My manager did warn me about “new” customers. Instructions were to call “customer” on cellphone when I arrived, sit in my car, watch for front door of home to open, then leave car. Customer must come down to open front door even if apartment building. Otherwise, no sale, bring food back to restaurant. Both robberies were avoidable but I made mistakes. Fortunately, police found both cars intact within weeks.
