@phillybound3351 , he’s trying to make a joke. He screwed it up by omitting punctuation. I think he meant “Wild West” Philly as in Philly is like the”Wild West” movie westerns. His punctuation omission makes it look like he thinks this happened in West Philly rather than in the Logan section of North Philly. Unless he’s that stupid, he probably just botched up his intended lame joke.
