  2. I don’t know why he didn’t get health insurance. I drove Uber in Philly for years. I signed up for Independence Blue Cross/ Blue Shield via the Federal Government Marketplace program. It was very affordable. They charged me no premium for a couple years if I recall and a reasonable premium other years.
