  1. She said “North Foulkrod,” not “North Philadelphia.” I agree with your overall point though. Indeed, there is no “North Foulkrod” or “South Foulkrod “ Street. It’s just “Foulkrod Street,” stretching across the lower Northeast from Frankford to Summerdale.
