@marcusjones9160 , good question. Many stores have door signs stating such a policy. That lady alone can’t enforce that though. Soon, they’ll need buzzers for entry just like the hair salons, pawn shops, and jewelry stores. Some papi stores have the husband or big nephew standing guard inside the door. This thug evidently knew she didn’t have such support at that time.
