  2. Agreed. Looks like driver of car stuck in traffic waved in Audi to allow her to cut across to turn left. Neither car driver anticipated scooter moron using the center lane to obstruct the agreement of the car drivers to let the Audi into traffic. The Audi driver probably had her head looking right to make sure traffic across the street was clear to turn left.
