  4. Mr. Salerno was not a law-abiding resident. He had a felony record which disqualified him under state law from possessing a firearm. I can’t speak for the woman carjacking victim.

  5.  @jamesbrickner5159  , okay, sir. I deleted my previous replies to you. I misunderstood your initial post to me as sarcastic criticism of my initial post to the “sniper” OP and Mr. Calderon. I guess your sarcastic reply to my first post just was you being funny or ironic that the 3 murderers obviously wouldn’t have passed background checks on gun permit applications. I had interpreted your post to me to mean that the victim should have armed himself illegally because those thugs had done so. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Be safe out there.
