  1. My friend attended a swedish college in city called kristianstad that was prejudiced. The preschool program was run by a woman who was authoritarian and aggressive towards her. My friend found it difficult to express her concerns to the college administration as they seemed indifferent toward the issue, which made her feel unsupported and helpless. They told her they would never change, and she should switch to a different program at the college to find a more welcoming community. This woman constantly watched over my friend. It is unfortunate that some people in academic settings can be unwelcoming and even hostile towards others. Because she thought students from underprivileged backgrounds and people of color lacked the same level of intelligence as white people, she hated them and didn't want them to graduate from college. Her bigotry and prejudice dictated how she treated others, making it challenging for her to relate to those who differed from her. Her mindset not only hindered her ability to connect with diverse individuals, but it also perpetuated systemic inequality and limited opportunities for marginalized groups. By forcing my friend to take a challenging test on the teaching profession and threatening to expel her from college if she failed, she attempted to ruin her future. However, my friend decided to take a break and reapply to college at a different institution. My friend was a victim of cruel a woman and passive administration. During her internship, this vile woman set her up with a racist leader out of sympathy and retaliation and claimed my friend had embarrassed her. It breaks my heart to see young minds go to waste due to prejudice. There exist people in universities who don't want students to succeed, and they make up lies and destroy their future because they don't fit their mold of what a successful student should look like. Its inhumane to treat students this way and it goes against the very purpose of education, which is to help individuals grow and reach their full potential. It's important for universities to address this issue and create a supportive environment for all students.
