During her internship, the woman set her up with a bad and prejudiced manager, refusing to hear her complaints and taking the manager's side. This treatment of students is inhumane and goes against the fundamental goal of education, which is to support personal development and potential realization. Universities must address this problem and foster an environment that is welcoming to all students.
