I have been around different kinds of European countries and I can tell you, brown eyes and brown hair is common white people features. She doesn't look arab because arabic people have tan oliv skin tone, thick eye brows, big eyes, full lips sometimes medium sized and raven black hair.

USA is the only nation in the world where you can have two cultures and two identitet, for example you can be Italian American, were you celebrate both American holidays and Italian ones. European and other countries in the world is homogeneous. The majority is white, and they rule the country and culture, while the minority is foreigners.
