Around 2 weeks ago the WHO produced a report centered around lessons that could be learned etc etc - and in it they were actually quite critical that Nations were too late imposing Travel Restrictions - yet when Donald Trump announced the Travel ban for China in Feb 2020 - the WHO came out the next day and were campaigning against Travel Restrictions on the grounds that it might "Stigmatize" Nations....! I also remember hearing around a year ago that an entire wing of the Wuhan institute was closed down in Nov 2019 - I'm not sure but I think it was phone records that revealed it...!
