He is a Star and you are a Champion for taking him into your lives and giving him a loving home - I have a rescue GSD - Tyson - he is huge 100lb and I bought him the same toy you have (at 1:30) for him recently - though I don't have the strength to do that with him lol...! I took in an Alsatian Husky cross a few months ago - her name is Uisce (pronounced Ishka - Gaelic for Water - I'm in Ireland) - her owner died and no-one was able to take her in - she was due to be put to sleep the day I took her home - an old girl she will be 12 years soon - hips are not good but she loves a walk so short walks twice a day - which suits me too as my hips aren't great either...! She has a home for whatever time she has left - lovely big girl....!
