Not quite as dumb as the girl in Ireland who called the police to complain that she was ripped off for €200 - the officer asked her what happened - she said she paid €200 and all she got was sugar - the officer asked her what she was supposed to get and she replied - "Cocaine" - needless to say they paid her a visit - the police station put a notice up on their FB page - "Anyone else who has been ripped off by their dealer - please get in touch....!"
