  1. There was a case in England - where the police had evidence that their suspect was innocent and buried it so they could convict him - Stefan Kislow spent 16 years in prison before his name was cleared - he was mentally challenged which made it easier for the police to do what they did - he died not long after his release the prison time destroyed him...! The police officers who did this were never charged even though they committed a crime - the judge said that due to the passage of time they might not receive a fair trial - they made sure that Stefan Kislow didn't get one....!
