  1. "Knife Control" - London already has the most draconian Knife laws on the planet - you can't even buy cutlery until you are 18 years old......! Try some immigration control - 1st or 2nd generation makes no difference - Citizenship should always be dependant on "Good Behaviour" - any migrant convicted of a serious crime should be locked up until his/her deportation to country of origin is arranged.....!
