  1. The Paris Climate agreement is the foundation document for One World Government - a form of Global taxation essential for this agenda to succeed - hence the "Carbon Tax"....! The plan to use the environment to introduce Global Taxation first appeared in 1961 - a full generation before humans contributed anything of significance to the atmosphere - around the mid 1980s....!
