  16.  @mariagriffinva5548  The prosecutors failed to pursuade the jury and Casey refused to testify - add a decently emotional jury and you have a challenge. That aside, you fell for it. She didn't. His tactics didn't work and wasn't enough, obviously. But it wasn't because he was being "unprofessional" and was swooned by her. That's why nobody is talking about your naive point 😂

  17. The prosecutors did enough. The problem was the jury was successfully persuased by the defense. This is rare but it can happen.
